The attendees at this session will actually create the core content from the floor.  Based upon random student requests specific PM tools and techniques will be examined using an improvisational approach to determine the potential use, challenges, and value-add of each.   This program  will be an adventure unlike any other.  Using application stories gained through 44 years of experience in PM (and life) Lee will spontaneously and honestly expose the "good, the bad, and the ugly".  Each carefully crafted application story will demonstrate the reality of the "dog eat dog" (faster, better, cheaper) business environment and illustrate how individual users can take the aggressive steps to improve their ability to consistently and productively implement the content of the PMBOK, while fulfilling their primary professional obligation of delivering "impact" decision support information to those who hold the POWER to actually make a decision.  Laughter has been medically proven to be therapeutic-so plan to join Lee for a full day "treatment" that will relieve you of your PM pain-at least temporarily.

About the Instructor: 
Lee R. Lambert, Dublin, Ohio has established the standard against which educators and practioners in the field of Project Management are measured.  In 1981 he was invited to join the team that created the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Program.  He is a Past President of the Central Ohio PMI and served on the PMNetwork/Journal Editorial Review Board for over a decade.  Lee has authored two books and more than 30 professional articles/whitepapers.
