Biography: Scott Hommer
Scott Hommer concentrates his practice in business counseling with an emphasis on technology companies and start-up businesses. He represents clients locally, nationally, and internationally on issues including negotiating contracts, acquisitions, protecting intellectual property rights, and litigating successfully. Mr. Hommer also has significant experience in counseling clients who do business with the Federal, state and local governments and has represented clients on contract administration matters, contract claims and disputes, bid protests, contract terminations, teaming agreements, conflict of interest issues, intellectual property rights issues, government socio-economic programs, and small business matters.
