Directions: Take Rt 270 to the Falls Road exit.  Proceed south towards Potomac. 
Normandie Farm is 3 1/2 miles on the right. 

Alternate directions: take the beltway, RT 495 to exit 39.  Proceed west on
River Road 3 1/2 miles.  Turn right onto Falls Road and proceed 3/4 mile to
Normandie Farm on the left.

Biography:    Dan Parsons 

Dale Carnegie Instructor"            Effective Networking Skills   Daniel L. Parsons is The Director of Instruction and Trainer Development for the Dale Carnegie office in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  He is responsible for all instructional efforts, control and follow up.  He personally presents to over 150 groups a year. Since 1990, Dan has worked with numerous clients including the World Bank, Sallie Mae, Transwestern Carey Winston, Charles Schwab, SAIC, Oracle, Giant Foods, Ahold USA, Quest Diagnostics, Computer Associates, Marriott, Boeing, Metropolitan Police Department, District Department of Transportation as well as multiple Federal Government agencies including the GSA, CIA, FBI, all branches of the DOD, the Department of Justice and the Office of Budget and Finance. As a certified Senior Dale Carnegie® Instructor of several different programs, Dan consistently achieves over 90% “exceed expectations” in the Motorola Customer Satisfaction Surveys and has been recognized as instructor of the year for the last ten years. Prior to joining Dale Carnegie Training®, Dan was the Manager of Government & Military Sales for 6 years with US Airways.  Dan also served for five years as the Director of Marketing and Customer Service for US Airways Express.  He oversaw all customer service functions including ticket sales-counter activities, city ticket office activities, handling customer concerns and working with in-flight service personnel.  Immediately before joining Dale Carnegie in a full-time capacity, Dan spent one year as Director of Franchise operations for Uniglobe Travel. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Middle Tennessee State University, with a Major in Business Administration.  He is a commercial pilot with over 1,200 hours of flying experience.
