Topic: "Stakes" on the Grill - A Fresh Look at Stakeholder Management
Without a clear understanding of stakeholders and their stakes, even seemingly successful projects can sink into a morass of dissatisfaction. Projects with a clear understanding of their stakeholders and stakes have a significantly higher probability of success. In this highly participative presentation, Carl Pritchard takes a look at the variety of perspectives available to project managers to expand their understanding of their stakeholders and their stakes and to get a better sense of how we can treat different groups of stakeholders based on the zones into which they fall. Click here to view the "Stakes" on the Grill presentation .
This dinner meeting presentation will be worth one "category 3" PDU.
