Presentation Abstract:  Everyone knows that real project success isn’t dependent on a better use of project management tools. No, the best performing projects are those with strong sponsorship and senior engagement. Not passive engagement, fervent supportive partnership.

I’ve spent years studying this reality and have distilled three secrets that any project manager can use to instantly transform their stakeholder relationships and in turn deliver projects that produce results that make a difference to the organization.
In this presentation, I will walk you through each of the three secrets and teach you a simple step by step process that you can start implementing immediately.
