Program Management Support Operations and the differences between government and private sector perspectives.  The focus and perspective of the PMI based methodology and how it is applicable to the service provider and to the Client can often not be out of alignment and disagree.  This difference in view can cause both discord and tension in the workplace, but this can be avoided by delivering to expectations of the client without compromising the program and project management rigor that our profession requires.
