OK, so we have learned the basics, devoured PMBOK®, become certified as a PMP, and implemented standardized work flow processes supportive of effective project management! What’s next? How do we take our project management organization to the next level? Cable presents the case for applying positive psychology to enhance individual and team productivity, create a positive workplace, and sharpen leadership skills.
