Bruce Falk, PMP, a managing partner with H. C. Phoenix Group, has more than 30 years experience as a project manager and consultant.  He has worked in staff and management positions for IBM, helping both large and small organizations achieve significant success.  At IBM, he initiated and led a national team in reengineering massive changes to long standing processes, resulting in notable savings, increased productivity, better morale and improved customer satisfaction.  He currently teaches courses specializing in risk management, schedule and cost control, Earned Value Management, cost estimating and project management applications to many Fortune 1000 companies and government entities.

Bruce has been married for 24 years to the wonderful Dianne, who puts up with a lot.  He also has two college age sons he is trying to convince to go to in-state schools.  In his spare time, he is Scoutmaster of Troop 51 in Herndon, Virginia, whose motto is “Active beyond all reason”.

Topic:  8 Rules to Project Management Success!

We only have 50 minutes!  How much can we learn in that amount of time?  How about 35 years of business experience boiled down to 8 rules to make your life immensely easier.  Whether you are a full time project manager or someone just starting your career this presentation will give you a unique perspective on how to do your job more effectively.  Bruce’s humorous and somewhat irreverent look at how to manage your projects will ring true with common sense and reality.  Come join us on Wednesday, November 4th.  Walk away with information you will remember and use at home that night, at work the next day or right away with the person sitting next to you.
