Using your creative abilities can make these sessions fun, motivate people to work together and still get the job done. This one-hour program presents the underlying concepts, then several creative tools, techniques and a case study to illustrate just how important being creative is to project success. Working level examples are presented to encourage project leaders to incorporate these creative techniques to get the work done with fun, flair and accomplish some team building to boot. Learn how to power up your creativity! Don’t miss this unique presentation!
